I don't think a day have passed on me without watching/sharing videos on YouTube recently! YouTube with more than 100,000,000 videos brings us laughs, knowledge and keep us updated with all what have been going around! I would like to share a couple of tips for better sharing on YouTube :)

Linking to a specific part of the video:

a basic YouTube link format is like :

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=videoId

To link to a specific part of the video you can add #t=5m30s to the end of the link. That link will take you 5 minutes and 30 seconds into that video. This is quite helpful! Sadly this doesn't work with embedded videos.

By the way, Where else can you meet a nice videogamer female other than World of Warcraft?

Linking to a playlist:

Some may split their videos if it's too long or for lots of different reasons. If you want to share a set of videos you can create and save a playlist then share it. Make sure you're logged in then :

1. Search for the videos you want to share.
2. Clink on the + button on the corner of the video thumbnail. The QuickList on the top will be highlighted and your video will be added to the stack!
3. Click on QuickList on the top.
4. Click Play QuickList.
5. On the sidebar below the QuickList videos click save.
6. Fill in all the required informaton.
7. Go to your account -> playlists.
8. Open the playlist you've just saved, click Edit Playlist Info you will find the playlist URL

It should be something similar to
http://www.youtube.com/view_play_list?p=6FB930856AB5150E.
Unlike the previous feature, This can be embedded and the visitors can navigate between the videos easily.

Bonus: Embedding videos in your Joomla content with AVR!
